I Am 14 Years Old 5'8 And Weigh 46 Kg. I Try To Gain Weight. I'm Pretty Lazy. I Don't Do Any Sports. I've Tried Eating Junk-Food, But That Didn't Help. I've Tried Eating Healthy, That Didn't Help Either. I've Tried Exercising, But That Didn't Help. I Want To Gain Weight, Naturally, Without Any Supplements. I'm Tired Of People Saying "Wow, You're So Skinny.", "Omg You're Like A Stick". Please Help Me.

i know EXACTLY what your going through. (can u convert kg's into lbs next time?? haha) i dont know i guess 48 kgs means you dont weigh that much. im 15 and 5''7 and i weigh 100 pounds. at the beginning of the year i weighed 90 pounds and i was the same height. i gained weight by eating everything infront of me. i didnt stick to just healthy foods or just fast food i was just like "hey. look. food. eat."

idkkk....just keep eating. i mean theres nothing u can do really its probably that u have a fast metabolism.

trust me when u get older. like olllllddderrr and you have kids and you hang out with the other moms.

theyre all gonna be huge fat ladies and you'll be cute and small.
so dont worry

One kilogram = 2.2 pounds. She's 101.2 pounds.

Yeah, just eat a lot more. Don't worry about what you put in your stomach. Just become a consuming machine, haha.
