I don't know if this is the right spot for this.
Basically I was raped last friday. ( I still don't like talking bout it ) Does anyone know any ways to cope with being raped or any songs to listen to? Anything will help. Thanks in advance. |

I'm so sorry. If you need anyone to talk to (although it was mentioned several other times by other members) I'm here. Finding someone to talk to would be a good idea. Don't let this bottle up and overcome you. You've proven you're strong and can overcome this. It'd be really helpful if you told someone -- your parents, a close friend, or even the cops -- and get this jackass in jail, if you know who did it.
As for songs... I'm not really sure what your style is, but Damien Rice helps soothe me out when I'm out-of-whack. Let me know if I can help more, and don't hesitate to send a PM my way. Stay strong. |
