Hrm, I was gonna call it the Pursuit of Fantasy, but idk, love seemed to work better.
BUT ANYWAYS. I'm FINALLY (re)launching my portfolio site. I used to try and go for the professional look, but I've realized that I'm less interest in trying to get work and more interested in expressing myself through my website, so... this is me: http://heartquasm.org Constructive criticism would be great & appreciated. And if anything doesn't work, please tell me. |

I love the creative ideas that you had in this layout. The coding is not bad at all, too.
I can see you were going for the messy, notebook, doodle look, but it does make the whole layout look a little disorganized. Also, I think the gray background kinda makes for a dull look. Maybe white or some other bright color might make it seem more welcoming? Idk. Oh, and I also noticed something in your vexels section. When you click on a thumbnail, the full view looks a bit blurry and not in full quality. Just wanted to let you know. :] Lastly, I love this. |

I've been kind of on the edge of the handwritten nav and the typed nav. Is the full view for the vexels all blurry? Blah, it's probably because I needed to resize some of them from their actual full views while they were in jpg and it decreased the quality. I'll try redoing some of them later. thanks! |
