That's just a layout theme I did for a friend of mine. It looks really plain but I liked how I did it.  It took me a while to figure how Gimp works though...

I feel degraded already...
I mean she did request for a blue/yellow combination and it does seem quite appealing for such two colors, but again I am only a beginner. It is all too confusing for me and since I wanted to make layouts/themes, I might as well get used to it.  BUUT thanks for the feedbacks though! It means I need to get more..creative.

It means I need to get more..creative. you know what sweetie?? it's the DESIGNER'S choice on how the layout will be AND the choice of the layout requester. so all that matters is that you provided what they wanted and it looked up to YOUR OWN standards. color choosing is a matter of opinion even though the majority of people seem to ALWAYS pick around the same colors for everrryyy layout you know?? however; this isn't my taste... but if it were i'd be in love with it =] like you said, just a beginner. <3 |
