Ok, so I want to color my drawings and make it look nice. But how Do I outline it and color it like this:

^ Yeah, that's what I do. I don't know if it's the "right" way to do it since I'm not like a master colourist or anything. Usually I just scan a drawing that I've already outlined in black ink, fiddle with the brightness/contrast to get the line to stand out against a white background, and then colour on different layers on top of my drawing, with each layer option being set to "Darken".
