my best friends on drugs, but i cant tell anyone Options

i used to expiriment w/ like coke and shit but it only lasted like 2 months. me and my best friend (lets call her D) promised we'd never do it because our other 2 best friends (lets call them Jay and L) said they would never talk to us if we did it again. so like months go by and nobody's doing any coke. then D picks it up again and does it in front of me and shit but i manage to keep quiet. then Jay and L found out at the movies one night and everyone got in a huge fight. L and D made up but Jay is still mad and now D has lost Jay as a friend forever. (and all of us are very very close)
so L says to D "im gonna give u one more chance but dont f**k it up"
so now our foursome bond is screwed up because D and Jay cant hang out togeather so we cant all hang out just the four of us anymore.
and this weekend i was at L's house with D and D starts crying and is like "omg i hate coke i lost my best friend because of it im so glad i didnt lose yall im so glad i stopped" and shes all sobbing and shit. and im thinking "this is really good shes really not gonna do it anymore"
but then D comes back to my house later that night and its just the 2 of us. she goes to wash her face in my bathroom and she stays in there for like 20 minuts. i walked in to brush my teeth and i pick up a snorter and a credit card and a bag of coke that had been laying there and said "um what the f**k is this?" and shes just like "oh um...its not mine"
and then finally she says "ok fine i did it tonight"
and im all "i know dumbass im not stupid"

im so pissed. and she wants me to not tell L. i mean part of me wants to tell L. but the other part of me realises that if i tell L that now not even the three of us can hang out. i would have to hang out with all 4 of my best friends seperately.
what do i do? i just want D to stop doing drugs and i want all my best friends to like eachother again

oh man.
well all i can say is if you really care about D, get her some help. whether it be telling your other friends or even telling her parents, get her some help! if you really care about her you'll do this. don't be so concerned about how she'll react when she finds out you told someone because in the end, that little "tattle-tale" can save her life. if she gives you the "oh you betrayed me" speech, don't listen to her. she's just saying it out of anger. she may be mad at you at that moment but she will benefit from your concern about her & her problems in the future. do anything you can. go with her to rehab, talk to her, hang out with her, go to the mall so that she doesn't do drugs. get her mind off it. i could seriously go on & on about this but i think you get my point.

just help her; she'll appreciate it.
