Coloring Your drawings?, how do you color your drawings?

Ok, so I want to color my drawings and make it look nice. But how Do I outline it and color it like this:

I try coloring sometimes too but it turns out all sucky >.<

You should look up a vector/pen-tutorial because you basically need to outline the shapes with the pen tool on a different layer, then set it under the layer with your drawing. Then you're going to play with your drawing's merge settings until it shows the colors underneath.

If you still want the texture/lines from your original drawing, you're going to have to set the original layer OVER the other layers and set it to "if darker" or something like that - I don't know what the name is in photoshop since i work with corel.
