Comments in DIV layout |

so i wanna use this layout
http://www.createblog.com/layouts/code.php?id=25543 but i cant find any way for the comments to show up at the bottom ive noticed many people with this problem can somebody please show me how to do this? ive already sent the designer an email about permission to alter the layout. |

there's something in the code that's keeping your comments hidden. so we'll need to see the codes you're using.
