Is the website/cb/xanga/myspace/etc of the month/year based on content or design? From the guidelines, I assumed it was based on design. If it is based on design, I'm suggesting that a link to a screenshot of the winning design be put up by their name because it's really annoying trying to go through the different website and coming across one dead link after another.

 exactly. i'm always curious as to what the layout looks like when they've won and the link is always dead or the layout's always changed. i think it's a GENIUS idea. GENIUS, i tell you. |
