Well, I was like 11 or 12 when i created my first website, although they were only free domains like batcave geocities etc. but i've never had a real domain name, because i almost lost interest. But I could get one now, or before if i just used my parents credit card.. so i really dont think it matters, as long as they dont no your not 18..
