I propose that if a feedback topic directly relates to a staff member, that staff member cannot close and "resolve" the topic him or herself. This isn't to pick at anyone necessarily, but frankly there's no objectivity there, and it isn't right.

Honestly guys, you all know Trish pretty well. Let's just get to the facts now, last time anything this bad got put up against her..didn't she just leave? So what makes you think this is going to be different, she has a new job now and she stepped down from staff and createblog as a whole. I HIGHLY doubt she is going to come back to reply to you guys, no offense. She doesn't care anymore and she's just going to put this behind her and let it die.
You guys can sit back and wait all you want for her to come back and say something to this thread, but she isn't. I think its better off that we just close and resolve this, and if Trish ever decides to come back, then feel free to make a new topic and dig this back up from the resolved topics (since we won't ever delete this) and show it all to her again. |
