Whats the difference between Paint Shop Pro and Photo Shop? um, and what does Paint Shop Pro do? I heard alot of people talking about that and I have no clue what it is

PSP is NOT just for newbies. Both PSP and PS have similar functions and it depends on your taste in the end. It's worth taking a look at PSP if you use PS right now just to see what's different and whether or not it suits your needs more.
Heh, saying PSP is for newbies is like saying MSPaint is for newbies too
