Opera Vertical Scroll Issue Options

I am trying to get this wonderful layout by Saikou to work in the Opera browser. It looks great in IE and FF but the vertical scrollbar disappears in Opera and cuts off the page at the bottom. I suspect it's something to do with the overflow tag but I've tried a few things with that to no avail. I've also done a massive amount of Google searches. I'm a complete noob to div overlays btw.
