I propose that if a feedback topic directly relates to a staff member, that staff member cannot close and "resolve" the topic him or herself. This isn't to pick at anyone necessarily, but frankly there's no objectivity there, and it isn't right.

Well where is she? Probably missing in action again. Don't raise your hopes or anything. As I've said to Elba in another topic: Exactly. So I don't think we're going to see this "other side" anytime soon, but that's fine because it just makes us more right, I guess. ![]() And at Tung: Come on Tung, when was the last time you even heard from Trish (besides the topic that she claims as "resolved") when things like this are brought up? My expectations have definitely fallen to the lowest possible. ![]() |
