I whipped this up today when I was bored. Looking at some of my old layouts I want to hurt someone from my lack of photoshop ability

It looks neat. Very cute-sy I guess. It would be nice and clean if therewas actual rain drop shapes than diamonds.
Other then that, it's nice. |
