Fringe scarfs been the new hot trend lately. I just ordered this earlier from Urban Outfitters. So glad they had plaid purple.

To me, they're a 'scenester's accessory but I still really want one.
I think they can look really good on certain people, but look like something went horribly wrong on others. Take me for example: When I put one on, it ends up looking like a bunch of shredded newspapers. =\ |
