have you ever had a layout/graphic/script/tutorial that was approved on cb and then denied later?

I don't. I think it makes everything look cluttered and distracts from the content. The monotony of the colors also bother the hell out of me. I can't really stand to look at it for more than 10 seconds. But that's just my opinion.

Actually, I kinda have to agree with him. Not so much the whole cluttered part, but the monotony of colors part. There's no change between the background color and the background of the modules, which makes it kind of.......... well, boring.
