a couple of weekends ago, i totally pigged out and gained five pounds
i've slowly been losing the weight off and m now two pounds less than i was before gaining all the weight the thing is, i am defintely fatter than i was before; my belly bulge is bigger! also, before, whhen i lay down, my stomach would cave in a lot; now, even when i weigh less, it barely caves at all! how is this possible?! |

Possibilities:
> You're weighing yourself inconsistently, which makes for an incongruent reading. Weigh yourself once per week on the same day at the same time. > You've lost muscle mass. > You've lost water weight. > You've made these observations after eating, and the bulge isn't from body fat. > You lack sleep, which increases cortisol secretion. > You are a mutant. |
