I propose that if a feedback topic directly relates to a staff member, that staff member cannot close and "resolve" the topic him or herself. This isn't to pick at anyone necessarily, but frankly there's no objectivity there, and it isn't right.

If 2/3 of the admins + micron don't agree with the topic being closed and moved to feedback, then why hasn't it been opened yet? It's obvious Trish isn't going to reply anymore in there, but other people still had things to discuss.
