I propose that if a feedback topic directly relates to a staff member, that staff member cannot close and "resolve" the topic him or herself. This isn't to pick at anyone necessarily, but frankly there's no objectivity there, and it isn't right.

If no one cared about the topic, why didn't you just let it die like other topics people don't care about and at least give people a chance? It wasn't even open for more than a day. Fine, she doesn't have to answer "inane questions", but can't other people have their say? You make it seem like she's a god and she doesn't have time for us lowly people so she'll just delete us and whatever we bring up to her.
