I propose that if a feedback topic directly relates to a staff member, that staff member cannot close and "resolve" the topic him or herself. This isn't to pick at anyone necessarily, but frankly there's no objectivity there, and it isn't right.

If that rule has just been instated, then there is no need to go back and undo actions which were allowed at the time they were done.
If Trish doesn't want to answer 5290452 inane questions a day, she doesn't have to. You can post your Feedback, of course; that's what this forum is for. But nowhere is a there a rule which says that ANYONE has to reply, or take the blindest bit of notice if they don't think it's worth the time. We could easily turn this into a suggestion box, where people post, no one answers, we implement what we like and completely ignore what we don't. You're lucky that there are people here who care, and bitching and moaning all the live long day isn't going to help continue with that. Man. Up. |
