Horrible thing to have and go through:
http://pmdd.factsforhealth.org/what/symptoms.asp Been diagnosed by an obgyn and reccommended that I take Yaz to help the effects, but it seems to be making it worse :/ and an "all the time" thing. Anyone else suffer similarly around the time you get your period? How do you guys cope around your time of the month? |

i have heard of PMDD although i don't know muc about it which is why i had to click the link you provided.
all i can say is that i'm sorry that you suffer from this & i really do hope it gets better from here on. hang in there!
