I propose that if a feedback topic directly relates to a staff member, that staff member cannot close and "resolve" the topic him or herself. This isn't to pick at anyone necessarily, but frankly there's no objectivity there, and it isn't right.

Was there really a rule against mods signing in as invisible? I was unaware of it, not that I do normally. I can just understand why people do sometimes and don't really see anything wrong with it. The only time I remember it being brought up was when we had some sort of suspicion that there was someone snooping backstage on another mod's account, and that was a long time ago.
Regarding the topic that was moved to resolved - I personally don't feel like a topic is resolved until the member who posted it feels like it is. If a mod has nothing left to say, they can just stop posting there and at least let other people keep talking about it. I'll address this more later, I've gotta go to band. ![]() |
