yeah, its about a guy that i've practically been in love with for 1 and a half years now.

my friend (lets call her *F) recently found out that i liked this guy(lets call him *X) . Ever since she's found out, she's been telling me how amazing and awesome he is (like DUH. that's why i like him, retard). anyways, *F has a reputation as a flirt and she flirts with everyone and now she's started flirting with *X. i wouldnt mind as much if i didnt know something else about her... that she never really thinks before she acts. last year, one of our close friends (*R) liked this other guy (*C). *F started flirting with *C after she found out and now, one year later, *R doesnt even talk to *F anymore because *F and *C are practically going out now.

The other week, *F told me not to worry because "*X isn't my type of guy. but if i liked him, i would make myself his type of girl" and that left me thinking "what the f**k type of friend are you?". it turns out that *F said the same thing to *R right before she stole *C away from *R.

and so now i'm worried about what to expect from her. i've been doing my best to keep her away from this guy.

part one (that's in the original post, but the more accurate version since now I know both sides of the story): Rebecca really likes Charlie and had liked him for a really long time. Rebecca and Fiona are best friends. Fiona gets to know Charlie and they start liking each other, but Fiona tells Charlie to go out with Rebecca instead, bc she knew that Rebecca liked him. Charlie goes on a few dates with Rebecca and decides he can't stand her, so he goes for Fiona again. This time, they decide to go out. Rebecca's pissed, so she decides to hate Fiona and turn half the girls we all knew against her. i decide to maintain both friendships.

Part Two (kind of in original post): I really like Adam and kind of noticed that Fiona flirts with him every so often. Rebecca tells me she sees her flirting with Adam all the time and tells me to be careful since Fiona "stole" Charlie from her. I get paranoid, hence the original post.

Part Three (what happened): Fiona stayed with Charlie for the rest of high school until Charlie dumped her after graduation for some other girl who he had this crush on in like... 8th grade (lame; he now wants her back, but she's with some other guy at Cornell). Rebecca ends up being the one to turn around and stab me in the back, going after Adam. They only go out for like... a week, but it pissed me off greatly.

Yeah.

And that's how it all ended.
