Well, you'll need to be 18 in order to purchase a domain name - or have a parent or guardian do it for you.
Other than the financial side of things, you can start at any age. I was 16 when I started getting into web design - I used sub-domains (Xanga, Myspace) to get around the credit-card holder business. |
