ive been skinny since ever, im not anorexic though or try to make myself throw up or watevr. i really eat a lot but then my metabolism is too fast and stuff. i wanna gain though!!! lol. any suggestions =). i wanna be kinda chubby or somethin lol.

Pretty much what rediar said - eat more. Eating more combined with resistance training and upped portien intake should increase muscle mas as well, which will up your overall weight.
And think about what you're eating too. Eating more salad will do very little. Eating a tonne of chocolate won't do you much good either. Just try having bigger overall portions of what you're already eating, then adjust your portion size for your new weight when you're happy with your gain. Lastly - make up the calories you lose through exercise. |
