I propose that if a feedback topic directly relates to a staff member, that staff member cannot close and "resolve" the topic him or herself. This isn't to pick at anyone necessarily, but frankly there's no objectivity there, and it isn't right.

Especially when the topic isn't even resolved. That's the second time I've seen it happen.
