Is it easier to sleep when it's cold, or hot?
I have a hard time sleeping when it's hot and humid, and I'm all sweaty and sticky, even after I just had a cold shower 5 minutes before going to bed. |

i prefer to sleep in cooler temperature so i can wrap myself up in my blankies all nice & warm.
 & i can't sleep when it's too hot and humid or with the fan on (because my nose gets all stuffy and my throat hurts).
