Is it easier to sleep when it's cold, or hot?
I have a hard time sleeping when it's hot and humid, and I'm all sweaty and sticky, even after I just had a cold shower 5 minutes before going to bed. |

i like to sleep when it's really really cold. i turn fans on and stuff, even in the winter. sleeping when it's hot is the worst feeling to me. you can't even use blankets that way and it takes me a long time to get to sleep. it makes me really pissed off and frustrated.
