Rules: 1. Don't make shit layouts. 2. Don't complain when your layout is rejected 12 times because you keep submitting it because you feel it's great. Really, it's not. 3. Suck up to the mods to accept it. 4. Don't make shit layouts. 5. Hannah Montana layouts are automatically rejected. 6. Don't make shit layouts. 7. If your layout is accepted and later rejected, it's because someone complained about how all the layouts suck, so the staff did a "house cleaning". |
