What do I do when the first guest gets to my party?? |

So I'm having a birthday party and everyone's like arriving at different times. I don't know what to do with the first guest if they get to my house at like.. 1:00 and then wait for an hour for the next person to come. A little help please?

Just life, friends, interests, anything you normally talk to them about? o_o why are they arriving at different times anyways |
