Okay. Tibet and China and the whole Olympic Torch issues. Is Tibet part of China? Should they become and independent country?
In my opinion, Tibet has never been part of China. In the 1950's the Chinese government raided Tibet and claimed it to be part of China. So it was called a "reunion". That's bullshit to me. Tibet has a completely different culture, different language, different religion. They just are not Chinese. Alright, discuss. |

^That's the same thing as getting their own country. Because that's the only guaranteed way to get it.
And as many people who just want more civil rights, there are just as many who want complete freedom. That forum you went to is just a small section of Tibet, regardless of what the numbers are. |
