so i was reading an article on cnn and it said that a national average of 4 bucks a gallon shouldn't be ruled out later this year.
the national average right now is 3.53 and rising. it's ridiculous. |

at least it's better than Hong Kong, where my dad spends over $100 to fill up his tank.
