so i was reading an article on cnn and it said that a national average of 4 bucks a gallon shouldn't be ruled out later this year.
the national average right now is 3.53 and rising. it's ridiculous. |

(toya) not just san francisco. it's basically the whole bay area in california in general. luckily i go to college elsewhere where it's like $3.60 here. but when i go back home to the bay area on the weekends, it's close to $4.00. |
