so i was reading an article on cnn and it said that a national average of 4 bucks a gallon shouldn't be ruled out later this year.
the national average right now is 3.53 and rising. it's ridiculous. |

San Fransisco is the most expensive city, averaging 3.97 sucks for everyone there, or everyone moving there! (toya) not just san francisco. it's basically the whole bay area in california in general. luckily i go to college elsewhere where it's like $3.60 here. but when i go back home to the bay area on the weekends, it's close to $4.00. |
