So, I bought these hair-cutting scissors and am planning to cut/trim my bangs tonight. I have longish side-swept bangs; they're growing out and I want them back. I've never cut my own hair before, so ... any tips or techniques I should be aware of before I completely f**k up my hair?

Why didn't you just ask the people selling the scissors? o_o
I use a razor if I'm in desperate need of a trim and don't have time to go to a salon. edit/ do you have a picture of what kind of scissors they are? |

I doubt the Indian man at the counter knew how to cut hair.  Something like that but a different brand. But thanks, I think I'm going to try the twisting-hair thing. I've cut my bangs before and they turned out kind of okay until I accidentally cut them too short. =[ |
