Here you go -
Discuss potential hirings here. Please, feel free to express what your honest opinions are, but let's keep it civil. Please refrain from bashing, needless name calling and do your best to keep it relevant. I would like to limit the hiring thread to nominations/interest (with reasons, please, if you could. xD). |

well, i've justified my reasoning why I think having the title is a solid qualification.
Most of the time, someone steps down because they don't have the resources to maintain the responsibility left for staff. Had it not been for my first natural causing event, the second would have never came up. However, I think that when someone is ready to be back on staff, and willingly puts themself into a hiring thread, to be back on staff. they are telling everyone that they will uphold their commitment. I think you may have twisted the meaning of experiance/longevity on staff, because I can't say what kind of staff member you were, because I hardly noticed you other than when you were admin. To me, and I said Anastasia, being on staff, should qualify someone if they stepped down, rather than being demoted. Becuase, I have never seen someone step down from a staff postion, and become more active as a member. ------------------ I really can't form sentances right now, and my spelling is horrible, becuase it's getting late for me. ![]() but that's what I think when I say that being on staff previously should uphold as a quality. I think Thomas fails at seeing that no one really wants him on staff. That is MY professional opinion. kthanxbye I can see that you don't obviously, for the same reasons you have had before. You really have no reason to hate me, other than your own stupid reasons, becuase I'm really not that bad of a guy. ![]() |

Not demoted. Definitely stepped down. :) I also definitely became more active as a member...the higher you move up, the more stupid, worthless shit you have to deal with. So, I was on the same amount of time, I just didn't post nearly as much cause I was preoccupied with modsmanship. Disproven. |
