Thomas, I don't understand why you think previously having held the title of staff member makes someone qualified to again hold that title. They obviously left for a reason. You don't only say this about yourself, but you just said it about Anastasia up there ("she knows what she's doing, she can do the job, mostly becuase she's done it alrady"). Why do you think just because they've done it once they can do it again, when they left because something was wrong?
I was a staff member way the hell longer than you were, and I am in no way qualified to be one again right now. I'm not at all committed to this site and I only come around when I have nothing better to do. I really don't care at all and would probably step down within a month due to the apathy and constant rolling of eyes over Backstage nonsense. So, clearly, not a reason to hire someone. |
