Okay. Tibet and China and the whole Olympic Torch issues. Is Tibet part of China? Should they become and independent country?
In my opinion, Tibet has never been part of China. In the 1950's the Chinese government raided Tibet and claimed it to be part of China. So it was called a "reunion". That's bullshit to me. Tibet has a completely different culture, different language, different religion. They just are not Chinese. Alright, discuss. |

well in that case, hong kong, macau and all the other provinces should be independent too. yes? not to mention that all the parts that formerly belong to Mexico should be returned? or how about guam and puerto rico? should they be independent too?
