I've never heard or seen any of these before i saw my friend's.
I just wanted to know if they were common for prom. [EDIT] since i realized i spelled it wrong, i was able to search a topic about it. http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php...&hl=garters If you and your date give eachother corsages and boutennieres, would you also give your date a garter/mum?? **just realized i spelled it wrong, it's garters not guarders |

Hm. I'm from TX where mums and garters are very popular... but it's not a Prom thing. It's a Homecoming thing. And yes, EVERYBODY AND THEIR MOMS get this annoying, huge mum/garter. They wear it to classes the day of the dance or game, then just go with the usual corsage, bo...(uh, the thing the guy wears) for the actual dance.
edit// haha, I just realized that the topic you searched was made by me like... 4 years ago. |
