When/If you prank call people what do you say to the person?

I ussually say stuff like

Hello? Sorry if i woke you. I just wanted to know what you sound like, i've seen you so many times, and i was just wondering.

And then they would say something like "What are you talking about?"
Then i would say

Oh please forgive me, i forgot, you don't know me.
Look out your window...

*Looks out

Why do you look so frightened?

And then i would call back, and say it was a joke...seconds later so they don't call the cops and go crazy for the rest of their lives.
(Yes i dial #69 or whatever it is that makes your number private.)

*67 you mean. lol *69 is to call back/find out the number who last called.

I dont do prank calls, but my friend does..and i just listen.
I dont do them anymore because when i was younger we kept harassing these people and they traced the calls back to our houses..and got in trouble. so now my friend she buys those ghetto prepaid phones from the stores and i call her there and she calls and f**ks with people to entertain me. I dont do prank calls i just dont anymore.. its kind of lame, unless im bugging a friend. To random people though? nah not anymore.

Because i only do it at my friends houses. lol
