In the bay area of California, a mini earthquake strike but it felt strong. (A couple months ago) Somewhere around a 3.7-4.1 I believe? I forgot.
According to the article, it says there is a chance that it might hit 6.7 magnitude sometime the next 30 years. That's pretty damn scary. Especially the fact that it had killed people in the past. QUOTE The 1994 Northridge earthquake under Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley was magnitude 6.7. It killed 72 people, injured more than 9,000 and caused $25 billion in damage in the metropolitan area. Cali isn't going to float away. The whole world is going to hell, but it's been going to hell for thousands of years.
Kinda related to this topic, there was a quake last night/this morning and I guess people around here felt it. I didn't though, I was busy sleeping. |
