Help me I'm too skinny and I've been this way my whole life. It runs in the family but I'm the skinniest! I eat ALOT and I'm still very skinny!
I don't know what has carbohidrates in it and I'm confused whether or not to start buying weight gainer! I'm 14 almost 15 and I only weigh 110 pounds! I skate alot and have been wearing tight pants for about 2 years and the whole time I didn't even notice. Please post some tips on how to gain weight the fastest way (Doesn't have to be the healthiest way!). I just want to be atleast 15 and weigh like 130-140 pounds! cry.gif Please help me!

when i was begining my junior year, i was only 120-125lbs.
Now i'm a senior and i weight about 145.

I started eating a lot more and i put on a lot more muscle.

I think you should eat more meat for protein and work out.
Take some protein shakes then do pushups and lift dumbells for a few months. Oh and don't forget about curl ups :P When you get stronger, start benching.
Muscle will give you a lot more weight.

i wouldn't worry too much because you are still young.
