That's what people do when a year goes by from when something big happened. They acknowledge the anniversary.
I thought this was going to be about the guy who committed suicide because he thought he'd be mistaken for Cho, and is now making the news (well, mainly for media spectacle) because his father said the school treated it like a joke. http://www.cnn.com/2008/US/04/15/tech.suicide/index.html |
