So, I noticed some layouts have some kind of language.
Like "Lorem Ipsum....." Like this: http://www.createblog.com/layouts/code.php?id=26883 What does this mean? And I've seen many other designers put that kind of text. o.O |

Besides what Carolanne said, I think it's pretty much the same thing as putting "Type here," "Blah blah blah," "Delete this and replace with your own stuff," etc. It's how designers display text and link effects.
