Okay my Ex(21yrs old) and me(17yrs old) knew each other from our families..ever since i was like 11 years old. We started goin out when i was almost 13 i about 12 1/2 I went out with him up until i was about 16 years old and then i broke it off with him for good. Ill be 18 in 3 months now, and im in a relationship with a guy thats one year younger than me and we've been together for almost 7 months..and im in love with him so im not trying to get back with my ex..but yeah my ex keeps bothering my cousin(boy) to talk to me about talking to him(my ex) and keeps bothering me as well.. he wants to get back with me he supposidly "loves me still" there was NO love between him and i; i was just young and loved the companionship we were together in "relationship" but he cheated on me with girls and got them pregnant throughout our relationship so when i got older i was like f**k you, i need someone who will care enough about me to be faithful..so basically i broke up with him when i turned 16 because i got older, so did he, you know people change and feelings change as time go on but its almost been 2 years and every few months he starts bothering me and its annoying. i have no feelings towards him whatsoever but my question is why; why do guys keep trying to get back with a girl when they obviously didnt care enough about them at that time to realize what they had? why do guys keep tryig when theres no point. he KNOWS im in a relationship now and that makes him crazier.. ?? wtf ?? I know he doesnt love me because he is actually married now and has like 5 kids i think.. he doesnt take care of them really and hes on drugs now hes a mess and im the one that got him off of drugs when we first met i just dont understand that.. he needs to hop off foreal

so has anyone experienced this?

^ The breakup just went like this:

I was in his house cleaning his room for him and im putting his boxers away and i see open condoms, letters and pictures of him and girls and they have like their "date" together like there aniversary date.. and there was 3 different girls so im like wow..i can understand cheating but to do it constantly and have other "committed" relationships with other girls f**k you. so basically we talked about it, of course he denied it even though proof was in his face i just changed up with him and it took me about 1 month to actually man up and get myself together so i could break up with him and be good without him if that makes any sense.. so i just broke up with him and he hit me so we left off pretty bad.

I've never been in your situation, however I could see how he could still have feelings with you, but that would depend mostly on how the breakup went/occured. I think you should still talk to him if you havn't. Is that all he's got for wanting to get back together with you? Does he have different intentions, do you think he does? I can't see why he would still want to go out with you if you guys have been broken up for almost a year, that's a really long time to be away from someone, and usually, any feelings that were there, arn't really there anymore.

I dont have a reason to talk to him because i talked to him weeks after the break up and we said everything that was needed to say; he said he understood and that he'd move on. but he still tried to get with me so many times.

When i turn 18 it will be like 2 years. Because we broke up 2 days before i turned 16 -
