" The ad also calls Extra gum the "long-lasting 5-calorie snack to help reveal the new you." isnt gum bad for your teeth or something? i cant think of gum as a snack..  have you guys seen the commercial to this? or heard about this? edit; if someone can fix the topic title i spelled lose wrong. i messed up.

That's why I summed it up with, "In other words, all of these little gimmicky tricks to avoid hunger are counterproductive." Everything after that is just reiterating my point, so going into further detail is how to further develop it.
