can a person be considered a child molester if he has a relationship with a minor? there is no sexual activity invoved, there's just a "boyfirend/girlfriend thing" can he still be acussed of being a molester?

But if you sleep with a child you can also do other things..
 its like a red flag cause if i almost commited suicide.. i didnt really commit suicide but i almost did i could..so yeah. Michael Jackson is great music wise but as a person i dont know him so i dont know if he is  some people go after lil kids on purpose need serious help and i feel bad for the kids they victimize..
