can a person be considered a child molester if he has a relationship with a minor? there is no sexual activity invoved, there's just a "boyfirend/girlfriend thing" can he still be acussed of being a molester?

In Georgia there's a Romeo and Juliet clause to account for that. I'm betting most states having something similar, considering the ordeal that took place here (not to mention that Georgia's always behind, and it's simply logical to account for small age differences). |
