can a person be considered a child molester if he has a relationship with a minor? there is no sexual activity invoved, there's just a "boyfirend/girlfriend thing" can he still be acussed of being a molester?

Only if you have any sort of sexual relations. But keep in mind... if the parents say no, they can charge you with statutory rape, which is bull but it happens even though they were innocent. Some states can consider a french kiss (kiss involving tongue) as sexual activity. |
