I have, twice... once for work (they paid for it, of course), and once when I opted to take the next flight since the airline overbooked my flight and they said that anyone who gives up their seat can fly firstclass on the next flight. It was a three hour wait till the next flight, but well worth it.

I have because we had millage points and it was worth it because we were going to Europe :]
